The Association of Librarians in Public Sector (ALPS), Inc. invites you to attend the 3rd ALPS Convention with the theme, “Dynamic Librarianship in the Global Perspective”, on June 26-28, 2019 at Eurotel North Edsa, Quezon City.
The objectives of the Convention are to:
1. Discuss leadership and librarianship in Philippine and global context;
2. Present global innovations in library programs and services;
3. Create dialogue on topics affecting the field such as but not limited to continuing professional development (CPD), media and information literacy (MIL) and other international aspects; and
4. Discuss libraries as learning spaces and centers for discourse and positive change.
